NotesEdit

  • The episode ends with the main characters singing a rendition of the song Pass That Peace Pipe, which appeared in the 1947 film Good News and was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Song. The show adds a few lines to the song that aren't present in the original, including "So if you wanna pow-wow with Duckman/Stop your seems from coming unstuck man", "Take a chill pill/down the hatchet" and "bet your foe'd be glad to match it."
  • Episode Title Reference: The phrase "Roll With It."
  • This episode starts with an FBI warning that states that your V-Chip is defective.
  • Dr. Fox's name may be a reference to the FOX network, which at the time had several very popular shows about disfunctional families running, including the Simpsons and Married With Children
  • Ajax imagines himself on the show Wings when asked about the perfect family, a sitcom about two brothers who are pilots.
  • Last episode to feature Dana Hill as Charles.

QuotesEdit

Duckman:What makes you think we're dysfuctional? Ajax: Look, Dad; I'm eating more fries than ever! Love me, Dad! Love me! Dr. Fox: Call it a hunch.

Duckman: It's shrinks that made this country touchy-feely! It's shrinks that blab and blab on Sally-Jesse so that teenage nymphomaniacs can't get a word in edgewise. It was shrinks that made me and Mom stop bathing together when I was 15--just when I needed her love the most!
