Loretta was a supercomputer that Charles and Mambo wanted to see on display. When Duckman took them, he inadvertently asked Loretta "Why is it that they can put a man on the moon but they can't make a deoderant that lasts past lunch?" This inspires Loretta to create a new society from the ground up, fixing all of lifes little problems. At first the changes seem perfect, but eventually everything goes to hell. Loretta, projecting itself as a hologram of it's creature, decides they must kill everyone on earth and start over, but Duckman confuses the computer by explaining that he "loved having a lot of free time, but hated having nothing to do." and that "people just aren't happy unless they're unhappy." As Charles and Mambo explained, the paradox he presented it caused the computer to have a complete breakdown and explode.
