In Apocalypse Not, she approaches Duckman in the emptied Los Angeles city.

Like Duckman, she was not aware of the emergency drill due to being occupied with training at the time.

Duckman invites her to go looting, and the two create substantial destruction in their wake.

Eventually the government shows up, who the two assume are space mutants. She helps him escape shortly before the truth of the situation is revealed.

There is a noticeable animation error throughout the episode where Grvslv can be seen wearing a white headband in some shots, but not in others.
Grvslv can easily read lips, and she communicates through miming.
"Grvslv" was also the name of Duckman's first restraining order.
