Exile in Guyville is the seventeenth episode of semi-finale season.


PlotEdit

A young child is related the tale of how Duckman and Bernice led a nationwide division of the sexes, all this because of his ad for lingerie. Duckman and the men move to the west coast. Bernice and the woman move to the east coast. The children have a different idea.

Notes Edit

  • Episode Title Reference: The 1993 Liz Phair album Exile in Guyville.
  • Duckman references the Buttafuoco family, who became infamous when the husband's mistress shot his wife in the face and she survived.
  • The episode is bookended by a mother and son in the distant future.
  • When the men and women knock down the wall it is shot similar to news coverage of the tearing down of the Berlin wall, complete with the pulling down of a statue of Duckman.
