Plot

Duckman and Bernice go to meet the parent's of Ajax's girlfriend. The parents turn out to be King Chicken and his wife, Honey; surprisingly for the moment he and Duckman make up. Notes

  • The set-up of this episode is that Duckman, Bernice and Ajax are going to meet Ajax's new girlfriend, Tammy and her parents. We find out that Tammy's parents are King Chicken and his wife, Honey, but we never meet or even see Tammy. The most we hear of her is a moan and later a giggle.
  • Much of the episode is inspired by the film and play Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, which was referenced earlier in the series in Gripes of Wrath
  • One of the only episode to not feature Cornfed or Charles and Mambo. Other times if one is absent, the other is usually featured.
  • At the beginning of the episode Duckman thinks Ajax is gay due to his habit of pronouncing 'a' sounds as 'o' sounds, he pronounced 'Tammy' as 'Tommy'.

Continuity

  • The story of Duckman and King Chicken's high school experience is elaberated upon.
  • Bernice wears the same dress she wore to the party with the neighbours in Cellar Beware and on her date in Sperms of Endearment.
