After the city gets attacked by one of Duckmans over-inflated dolls, the city decides to have an emergency drill where all the residents go underground until it would be safe to come out. Duckman fails to hear about the drill and has a city-wide 'party' (involving mass destrution) while all the residents are gone. Eventually the residents return to chase Duckman out of town.

  • Writer/producer Michael Markowitz notes: "There was a scene in "Apocalypse Not" that was, sadly, never recorded. When Bernice makes her phone call, the script called for her to be accidentally connected to...Beavis & Butthead! However, this was at the time that B&B were having some PR problems concerning fire, and the episode contained a lot of the guest appearance ultimately fell through."
  • At the town meeting, when Duckman is listening to headphones, the song he's playing is "We Are There" from America the Beautiful.
